A fresh assortment of fruit and cheese filled pastries.

Cold sandwich on a"Hoagie Roll"

All sandwiches served with lettuce, tomato and condiments on the side.

Meats: Turkey, Black Forest Ham, Roast Beef or Black Pepper Bacon (for the ultimate BLT).

Box lunch includes sandwich, small bag of chips, cookie and drink.

Bar-R-Steak

 Rib Eye, NY Strip or similar steak marinated for 24 hours in our special mixture. Lightly seasoned with our Bar R Seasoning and grilled to perfection.

Teriyaki Steak

Tender steak marinated in our Teriyaki/ beer mixture. Grilled with balsamic onions and peppers on the side.

Bacon Wrapped Beef Medallion

Tender piece of beef wrapped in black pepper bacon, seasoned with our Bar R Seasoning then grilled to perfection.

Oh My God Brisket

Simply stated, this is the best brisket you will ever have hands down. Slow cooked for 20 hours and smoked for 4 hours, this brisket packs more flavors and is the tenderest ever! Brisket can be served as a main course, burrito or sandwich. Due to the cooking time, brisket can not be prepared on site.

Thin slices of beef soaked in our Carbon marinade for 24 hours then grilled

Red Chili Pulled Pork

Pork shoulder slow cooked for 24 hours in a red chili sauce. Pork can be served as a main course, burrito or a sandwich. Due to cooking time pork can not be prepared on site.

Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled pork

 Pork shoulder slow cooked for 24 hours in our spicy and smokey Bar R B Q sauce. Pork can be served as a main course, burrito or a sandwich. Due to cooking time pork can not be prepared on site.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions

Tender medallion of pork loin marinated in our sauce, wrapped in black pepper bacon, seasoned with our Bar R Seasoning and grilled to perfection.

Garlic Lime Pork Chops

Prime center cut pork chops soaked for 12 hours in our garlic lime marinade then grilled to mouth watering perfection. 

All burgers are made from the freshest ground beef, pork or turkey. Burgers are served with buns, lettuce, tomato, pickle spear and thin sliced red onion. Burgers served with choice of cheddar (sharp or mild), pepper jack or Munster cheese. All burgers can be ordered in 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 lb sizes. (Weight is precooked; we will only be able to cook 1 size of burger per event).

BBQ Pork Burger

Ground pork seasoned with our Bar R Seasoning and grilled with our spicy and smoky BBQ sauce.

Black N Blue Burger

Lean ground beef with blue cheese inside and fresh cracked black pepper outside.

BLT Burger

Ground beef, pork or turkey mixed with bacon bits, then topped with thick sliced black pepper bacon.

Spanish Turkey Burger

Ground turkey seasoned with chili powder, lemon pepper and chorizo; grilled with pepper jack cheese.

Bar R Burger

Grilled beef, pork or turkey patty served open face covered with our FFD Stack Up chili sauce and cheese.

Chicken Al Carbon

Tender pieces of whole chicken soaked in our special red chili marinade. Chicken is then grilled to crispy outside and moist inside packed full of southwest flavors.

Fiesta Lime Chicken

Boneless chicken breast soaked in our lime marinade for 24 hours. Chicken is grilled and served as a main course, sandwich, burrito or sliced on top of a fresh salad.

Bar R BQ Chicken

Pieces of whole chicken slowly grilled and basted with our special and spicy BBQ sauce. Tender and juicy feel good eats.

17 Spice Chicken

Pieces of whole chicken soaked in a smoky  marinade for 24 hours, seasoned with a mixture of 17 different spices and grilled.

We will serve only the finest hot dogs available made from beef, chicken or turkey.

All hot dogs and brats will be served with:
